' Neto's interest in a sculpural architecture is deeply layered with corporeal and sensory notion. Weight, mass, volume but also tension,transparence and gravity are set against colonnades ,ornaments and the building's profoundly republican sense, creating a permannet exchange between the inside and the outside, between individuality and collectivity.
