Ma che cos'hai in testa?  ( What do you have in your head?)

A year ago the Milanese artist Sara Asnaghi created a series of brains made out of edible ingredients such as polenta.  The show  ' Ma che cos'hai in testa '  was created especially for the European Federation of Neuroscience meeting.   You can read more about it on www.ilfattoalimentare.it

I haven't seen any of these artworks as presumably the neuroscientists ate all the brains but I look forward to her work at future conferences.
